Terms and Conditions
These conditions govern the use of jurzen.com: the scope of the catalog information, how the estimates from the calculation tools should be understood and which rules apply to the Customer Portal. This is a translation provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Purpose
These conditions govern the use of the website www.jurzen.com, owned by JurZen Technology. Using the site implies acceptance of them. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use it.
What the catalog information is and is not
Equipment pages, technical specifications and PDF datasheets are informational material prepared from each manufacturer's documentation. Features may vary depending on the specific configuration, availability and manufacturer revisions.
The catalog is not a binding commercial offer: prices and conditions are set in the formal quote we issue for each case.
Calculation tools
The CIS calculator, VISIONprint, INFRA360 and the Ricoh configurator produce estimates from the data you enter. They are meant to guide a decision, not to replace a formal proposal: the binding figure is always the one in the quote.
Customer Portal
Access to the Portal is personal and reserved for customers with a current contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the activity carried out with them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
The texts, the design and the JurZen, VISIONprint, INFRA360 and JurZen Dynamics trademarks belong to JurZen Technology. The manufacturer brands that appear on the site — Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Canon, Dell, Xerox, Kyocera, among others — belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the equipment we represent.
Third-party links and services
The site links to manufacturer documentation and uses third-party services for email, authentication and form protection. We are not responsible for the content of external sites you may reach from here.
Liability and governing law
These conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. For any dispute arising from the use of the site or the services provided, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City.
Changes
We may update these conditions to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
