Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we collect through jurzen.com, why we need it, who we share it with so that we can provide the service, and how you can ask us to delete it. This is a translation provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Who processes your data
JurZen Technology, located in Bella Vista, Avenida Nicanor de Obarrio, Panama City, is responsible for processing the data collected through this site. For any question about this policy you can write to ventas@jurzen.com or call +507 836-0777.
What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide and the minimum the site needs to work. We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes or use third-party tracking cookies.
- Contact, advisory and quote forms: name, email address, company, phone number and the message you write.
- Customer Portal: the data of the account you sign in with and the equipment associated with your company.
- Calculation tools (CIS, VISIONprint, Ricoh configurator): the values you enter, so that we can show you the result.
- Browser local storage: your preferred language and the history of the CIS calculator. This data does not leave your device.
What we use it for
To respond to your request, prepare the quote or proposal you ask for, provide the contracted service and give technical support on your company's equipment. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with the technology providers needed for the site and the service to work, and only for that purpose:
- SendGrid (Twilio), to deliver contact, quote and support emails to you.
- Google Firebase, for authentication and storage of Customer Portal data.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3, to tell people apart from automated submissions on the forms.
- Google Cloud, where the site is hosted.
How long we keep it
Contact data and commercial requests are kept for the time needed to properly manage and follow up the commercial relationship, as well as for the periods legally required under the tax and commercial regulations of the Republic of Panama.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw the consent you gave us, by writing to ventas@jurzen.com. We will handle your request and confirm what has been done with it.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS with HSTS, access to the Customer Portal requires authentication and private areas are excluded from search engines. The forms are protected against automated submissions.
